I was born in Trinidad and Tobago, an island in the Caribbean. Since I was very young, I have been passionate about teaching and have always enjoyed imparting my knowledge and skills to others. Even as a child, I enjoyed using my creativity to make what I termed my “masterpieces” by sketching and using materials I found around the home. As I matured and the weight of life’s duties started to affect me, I had to develop a coping mechanism. I developed a love for planning because of this. 

However, it was difficult even impossible to find planning materials when living in the Caribbean. This prompted me to purchase a Silhouette and start creating stickers and inserts for personal use. I was then able to successfully complete projects and deal with life’s uncertainties by using my creative side and organizing abilities. But I was aware that I was not alone in my struggle to find engaging planning tools that would also be fun, useful and elegant for both personal and professional lives. I developed this burning desire to share my knowledge with others. Therefore, with one Silhouette, one printer, a $2000 budget, and a dream Sticki Scribbles was born.
