Refund Policy
Sticki Scribbles Store accepts returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of shipping on qualifying unused, non-sale items, less gift cards, return, exchange or original shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Items including gift cards, downloads, specialty, sale items, bundle boxes and items listed as final sale or non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged. Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable if you choose the wrong size and/or punch option. Please take your time and select your preferred options carefully.
Please note that while we always attempt to accurately capture the products in listing photos, actual colors may vary from what you see on your screen. Various products with the same color names may not match exactly due to different materials being used for each particular product and the manufacturing process. Therefore no refunds or exchanges will be given due to colour difference.
RETURN PROCESS: The time frame for return is 14 calendar days. Your return should be packaged with care. Damaged items returned to us might not be eligible for exchanges or credit.
Please mail your return with the courier of your choice and include all gifts, exclusives, or complementary products from the initial order in order to receive a complete expedited credit. Please be aware that initial shipping costs are not refundable, and that the buyer is responsible for paying postage costs for returns and exchanges. Your refund, store credit, or exchange (minus shipping and handling), as soon as we receive all qualified and pre-approved item(s), will be processed quickly and within 5 business days. Bank credits may take up to 10 working days.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and orders cannot be canceled if they are already in fulfilment status. Absolutely no cancellations during sales or major promotions (Anniversaries, Black Friday, etc.) Once a preorder has been placed it cannot be changed or canceled, so please be sure that all your shipment information is correct & you are certain about your purchase prior to completing your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If a sticker sheet is not cut properly, a product is defective, or other circumstances that were manufacturer error we will replace (of equal or lesser value) within 3 days of receiving the product. Please contact us via email within one week of receiving the defective item to start the replacement process. Include images or a video of the damaged or defective item.The returned item must be in original packaging, unused, and unaltered to qualify for a replacement. For Trinidad and Tobago orders ONLY, postage will be paid to return the defective or incorrect product. Replacements depend on the availability of the goods. If we are unable to replace your item, we will give a credit to your original payment method.
